Being immature off Zarp servers is still unacceptable but cannot affect him in a meeting besides the fact it proves immaturity. If he was racist cussing the n word in Skype with everyone in Zarp the only negative factor to thst would be immaturity we wouldn't be able to say he is racist and deny him for racism. Anything past Zarp is out of our control and can only deceive someone's maturity and personality nothing else.

I've noticed 3 big issues with your conduct in game just in the past few days.

1. Someone was trying to build a gambling game for people to bet on. You thought it would be funny to constantly buy doors next to him, drop a few props and orb the whole place saying "in testing my Base" and destroying his game... Clearly trolling.

2. I was asked by a mod to spectate a sit you were doing because he didn't agree with your handling of it. While spectating I saw you just argue with the player, threaten him with a community ban for disrespect and eventually try to warn him for disrespect because you randomly remembered him saying the word "fag" once which wasn't even relevant to the sit.

3. You decided to change your name to include the word "Wanker", when an admin asked you to change it you called him a "bitch", changed to another inappropriate name and went on to ooc to rant about the admin calling him "salty".

That's all been in the last few days! Plus there was the topic showing your racist comments on steam which give a clear view of your personality.
I do not think you're someone we need as admin and honestly it's harsh but I am surprised you're still staff at all.

Again, let me remind you a second time that this guy used to be an admin, AND the fact that he's 20 years old, now i don't say age matters, but when someone's 20, you expect that from his work or school that he does, he knows at least a LITTLE about maturity, but it's not the case at all. He should know what to do in these situations, because he was a staff-member, so at this point it's trolling (which i find quite sad) or he just is too ignorant to see it, which would be quite worrying in my opinion.

I don't know how this guy was when he was a staff-member, but right now I don't think he deserves any position on the server, until he at least calms down a little bit.

It's quite ridiculous aswell that this guy denies that he was the one talking, even though people know his voice. And he asks for proof as if this is some kind of report situation, proves to me that he doesn't know anything about being a staff member and acts childish as fuck.

The only thing I might have done/said is a name which might have been inappropriate and calling someone a bitch, although I'm pretty sure that didn't happen.

I know this is not related to zarp at all since it was outside of zarp. But i cant stand how toxic he is.

And i do not want some one to be staff if they behave like this.
