Basically mycherrycrush.. 50% of why they don't want you to become an admin is your language, Control your anger, don't be racist, don't say offensive or disrespectful words. and the 2nd 50% is the Rules, you need to read the rules again in my opinon, so you won't get warned

Anyway as of yesterday i saw you doing a very bad thing and almost everybody in the server knows what you did, snowi had a Bet place or whatever you call it, and you wanted him to remove it so you built some Gigantic props and you told him that its your base, okay maybe you didnt mean to do that BUT you orbed his bet place, why ? " Cause you are trying to see if your base can survives it or not " we all know that you wanted to destroy his bet place, that wasn't a good thing at all, That's why people hates you.

AmerRox got accepted as a mod before a long time, and he got demoted because of not controlling his anger and disrespecting. Then he applied again and they all -supported him because of his language, he stayed for 2 weeks and he controlled his anger very well and he gained the trust of the staff team and other players, then he got accepted!

you need to control your anger + you are an ex-admin and you know that you are breaking the rules. ( i dont really know if you dont know that you are breaking the rules, i mean you was an admin so ofc you know )

just control your anger and read the rules again, then you wont break the rules and you wont disrespect or become angry at all.
