AmerRox got accepted as a mod before a long time, and he got demoted because of not controlling his anger and disrespecting. Then he applied again and they all -supported him because of his language, he stayed for 2 weeks and he controlled his anger very well and he gained the trust of the staff team and other players, then he got accepted!

you need to control your anger + you are an ex-admin and you know that you are breaking the rules. ( i dont really know if you dont know that you are breaking the rules, i mean you was an admin so ofc you know )

just control your anger and read the rules again, then you wont break the rules and you wont disrespect or become angry at all.

That's not the thing, the thing is is that snowi has been bugging me for a long time

There are 3 admins blowing my stuff up the whole time and snowi places 1-2 props down and claims it as his ground, I even ask calmly to remove it since I've been there before, then he gets rude, but as he has no building sign and I do(he builds behind my sign) I blow it up and continue to build.
Last night I've been building for 1,5+ hours, I still ahve the same textscreens, I just remove my dupe to test it and he stand there where I'd spawn a container, I tell him so that he'd get stuck, thus I tp him out of it, he apparently placed in 2 props, thus fennster pushes my props a bit back so he can 'build' there.
Next he has his props removed, idk, someone RPGed it, although I have a building sign up

Next I continue to build there and have my dupe down, he got C4 and blew up my building base and 6 people(check the ban request on it for full story)
then he claims 1 piece of ground where I've been building for the past 2 hours, which is attached to my building, I even explain it to him that it's my base due to the doors which I had for like 2+ hours.
He got killed multiple times at spawn and still he interacts with his props and I keep telling him, but he won't listen. Then when I give him a verbal warning for it some admins tell me not to do it since he did nothing wrong. But he did broke NLR, you guys fucked up my RP by constantly destroying my building base, letting snowi build IN my props an allowing that.
I believe that iitzjamie can confirm that my props kept getting blown up.
And that's the second time this stuff happens, I own a base for hours, he comes there and decides to build right next to me and fucking with me. He broke at least 12 times NLR in the past 2 days from what I've seen and had the confrontation with it, but I cba anymore to deal with him if he continues to be so rude and annoying, even when I try to fix it and leave him alone he continues, the only problem, like I've stated above are a 3 admins and 3 players who constantly bully me thus getting me in trouble. The admins who do it are sneaky and really underhanded, it disgusts me that you guys behave like that

and thus they cause me to have a even worse name, yes I've not been a good staff member, but they make it seem like I'm the worst/ And the three guys bothering me, I ignore them now most of the time, just to not get in trouble.

And controlling my anger has been no problem for me ever.
But hey, I'll work on it even more, your feedback has been very useful and will be worked on!

fennster pushes my props a bit back so he can 'build' there. I precisioned your props back to retrieve his props out of your container. I put them back to where they were after I moved the props out.
