Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Over my time of being a moderator i have learnt lots of new Ways to deal with people.Calming them down soo i can deal the situations smoothly and well.If i was able to be an admin I would be able to deal with alot more situations like People leaving to avoid Punishment and Mass Rulebreakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I have had to work around many situations like..
Example 1: I went to a f1 about prop spam and i turns out this guy had Prop Spammed.And it looked like he was trying to destroy the server or crash it.Luckily there was a admin that was at hand to help Remove the guy from the server.

Example 2:There was a guy who had exploited under the map on server 2 and Was printing as a cop and going about scanning peoples Bases and using his expoit to a huge advantage!Luckily there was an admin who i was with at the time to Deal With him!

Firstly congrats on Moderator and i will be Sure that you will do great!

Firstly i suggest binding /tp Teleporting you to a where you are looking at

To Bind type

bind <Key> "say /tp"

F1 System.
Firstly press f1 Then you will See a System looking like this


Then if you With the
Admin request
Warnings
Logs

All looking like This


Admin requests-is where a f1 Will Show up.
When you see a f1 you can right click On it and a couple of Options will come up Click on handle F1
then some more commands will come up.
Then click GOTO and it will tp you to a player.
If the space you are in is crowded or you just want to bring them to a roof Look to a roof and use your to Bind.
Then to Bring the player to the roof do /tp Name (Beware if someone has the same letters you used it will tp both of them or More.)
I Really do suggest using the tab menu and clicking on there name and click teleport.

Firstly you should ask him/her what happened and if so who did it. If they have dont no you can use console or logs (In f1) you can search a players name at the top right of logs.
Make sure you here both sides of the story and if they collide ask For valid proof that may lead to there side.
When you have completed the f1 Send them back to there last location Hugely suggesting using the tab menu.

Commands


MAIN COMMANDS!
Teleport!
/tp Or /tp name-To Teleport to where you are looking to
Example=Going to a roof for a f1
Example 2=Need to tp Someone to a roof /tp name

Unban From Job
If someone was false demoted This would Be used
Example=John Started a demote on Fred For RDM
Fred Has Been Demoted
Pug has Unbanned Fred from being (Job)

Freeze
Freeze is used if someone is running from a f1 or Wont listen to you And continues Breaking rules
/freeze (Time)
If no time they will be froze indefinitely
Jared Makes a f1 about prop spam
Pug Goto to jared
Jamie Is Prop Spamming And Is not listening.
Pug Froze Jamie Indefinitely...

Warn/Unwarn

If someone has broken a rule you Warn them
/warn Steamid Reason
/warn Name reason

Always use their Steam id not their Name

Dark broke FailRP
Darks Steam id is STEAM_0:1:84503031 (Its Mine )
/warn STEAM_0:1:84503031 FailRP
Pug warns Dark for FailRP


Slay
/slay name
To Slay someone

John has a big gun as a citizen
Pug Slays john

Kick

/kick player Reason
Only use kick if there is no admins on and There is someone prop spamming/prop block
or is mass Rulebreaking.

Trav has propblocked spawn
Pug kicked trav for Prop Block spawn

GOTO
/goto name
Goto someone for a f1 or If they kill you in a sit /freeze and /goto

Drake Kills Pug
Pug Froze drake
Pug went to drake

Bring
This command is very rarely used only if you need to tp someone to someone else

Pug and jake are propblocked in

Back

Back to last location is after a f1 and sends them back to their last RP Position

Back to Spawn if someone breaks nlr and refuses to go back (Out of district)

Pugs Has Marked the f1 as Finished
Pug sends Fred back to his last location

Pug Raids Fred
Fred breaks nlr
Pug speaks to Fred and tells him he is breaking NLR
Pug Warns Fred for breaking NLR
Fred Refuses to go back (out of district)
Pug Sent Fred to Spawn

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I should be promoted because i was Ex-Admin and i know the rules.I have helped as many staff members as i can in as many ways as possible,Im active and does f1s.Im very friendly ingame and i think i should be promoted so i can be a much better staff member by having the powers to do so.I make sure the people on the server follow the rules and make sure they stick to them. Ive been SSRP Moderator twice and ive been moderator for 3weeks this time round and i think i have proven myself to be a good staff member.At the moment i am working my hardest as a staff member and i think i have shown that!I regularly read over the rules and make sure they are in my head!

Sorry, I just don't think you're ready just yet. I've saw you deal with some f1's and I believe you could spend more time talking to both players and not just judging.

Bump! Ive been working very hard the past couple of days for this rank!

In my entire time playing the server, I've never seen him do a single f1 and in my gang only a few people have seen him do f1's.
He has been very inactive in my opinion and is usually inactive. (Might be time zones ,but I doubt it i'm on for 10 hours a day/// I haven't seen him since last weekend so how is he "Working hard for admin"?)
I've asked him before a few times when all other staff were afk except him to help me because I was being rdmed, he did nothing and just ignored me (probably muted me// and YES I HAD AN F1)
You jumped in front of my car once to lose hp in order to shoot me because I was near your base (before he was staff)
Shuts people down in a nanosecond when they attempt to critique him on the way he acts (in game), and on the forums he is friendly (to appeal to other watching staff).
Please note this wasn't meant to be hate, but critique, and posted as a chance for you to learn from how you should present yourself to new players when you represent the server.
Very poor staff in my opinion.

Sorry, but I don't have 500tb of HDD space laying around.
Im not going to check this thread anymore, anyone that plays on server 1 knows you were a minge before you got mod.

I don't think you are ready for this rank yet buddy, i have seen too many times of you handling sits badly. The only thing i think you need to improve on is take the time and the effort to listen to the users during the sit. Also remember that you are there to help, not just hand out warns. I would also like to see you helping out more, as there have been many times where i have asked for help in admin chat while f1's stack up, and i never see you chip in. Good luck!

IN RESPONSE TO DEMOTION REQUEST:I had every right to warn him another staff member unwarned him without my permission he also lied in in "Demotion request"You remembered your last life im sure i killed him... also he shot me and turned away and ran of to not make it look like it was him!

Ive done f1s many times you might of not just noticed it!

Pug is an amazing guy and was an outstanding Administrator last time, he did his job well always did f1's and is always active

- You rush sits.
- You don't make an effort to listen to the people in your sits and get both sides of the story.
- You act like you're being judged on how many warnings you give so you throw out as many as possible even without enough evidence to do so.
- You don't help with F1s even if there's loads and someone is asking on staff chat for help.
- Very immature in game.
- Currently a demote request against you with valid evidence.

Sorry but I cannot support this at all.

False warned me which was overturned then false warned me again all without bothering to speak to me, the staff member who removed the warn or make any effort to do things properly. Extremely poor staff member, definitely not admin material.
