I don't think you are ready for this rank yet buddy, i have seen too many times of you handling sits badly. The only thing i think you need to improve on is take the time and the effort to listen to the users during the sit. Also remember that you are there to help, not just hand out warns. I would also like to see you helping out more, as there have been many times where i have asked for help in admin chat while f1's stack up, and i never see you chip in. Good luck!
