im just gonna withdraw my app for a while cuz i have no internet atm and im apparently immature for liking pingu ... everyone has their own interests

It's wrong because it's not 100% sure he broke nlr. Maybe he got RDMed in spawn. You need to put more effort in the situation and ask for both sides and do your finest to find out the truth.

Let's say he did broke NLR you have to talk to the player and see if he's new to DarkRP. A verbal warn is much better in this situation. Warning is still ok but i would advice you not to because it's not fair every time. Maybe he's not that good of a reader and still want to learn the gameplay. Give him some few tips and advice him to read rules in hopes of encourage him to become a more experienced player instead of having him leave the server.

In this application you say you're going to warn him and talk to him but i don't really believe in that at all. I'm sure you're like most others and will just warn them without giving much effort into learning them to play the game and be a fair staff member.

Because of this i will go for -Support. I hope you improve your application and decide to listen to this comment carefully and do your finest to improve your moderating capability to 110%.

That being said, the view of the past and future is included.

Simply anyone can make mistakes that are now in the past, which is understandable, but you had an abundance of chances which strikes down the second chance phrase; a promise within a promise.

I wonder how fragile this promise is going to be.

The following part is how i feel about the situation and my feelings alone.

This goes way back to evil melon where i first met him.
He became a moderator and was breaking several rules which one was cdm mostly .
I know this is in the past he got demoted for it back then and this was his first ever demotion.

This guy had a habit of becoming staff and not doing any f1's .
Change his name on ts so he would not get moved in to the meetings.

Then not to mention he unbanned a community banned player for in game cash
When confronted with it he lied about it several times.

He got demoted once again and when he finally became staff again

He decided it was a good idea to start hacking. Though i must say i respected him for confessing the moment we asked him if he had to tell us something.

Im sorry but you had been given so many chances to right your wrongs
