• Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
: First off, inform of the /tut command because Gravious explains it well. Otherwise, I'd explain sync and try to help them with getting their settings tweaked right.

• Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
: Inform them of the rule and warn them, if they continue, I would gag or mute them.

• Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
: I would ask them to refrain from exploiting and cheating, and (depending on circumstance) kick them if necessary.

• Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
: I have massive amounts of experience within communities online and in Garry's Mod. I have been an administrator/developer in many communities and ran a pretty popular surf server on GMod. I know a lot about this gamemode and can assist ZARP in so many ways.

: I know a bit about Lua and other languages so I can help out with BHop issues if ever needed, too.

Your activity is gonna need to be a lot better than that.

Your activity is minimal, and having activity like that will most definitely not get accepted. I suggest that you improve your activity and apply again in a few weeks so you stand within a chance of being accepted. I also believe that you need to improve your application as it is lacking in most areas and could do with some more detail. Good luck with the application though!

You seem to know alot about the gamemode but your application is weak on most fronts and your activity like the lads above me said.
Also we dont have a warning system unless you mean a verbal warning.
