Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

  [li][b]Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.[/b][/li]: First off, inform of the /tut command because Gravious explains it well. Otherwise, I'd explain sync and try to help them with getting their settings tweaked right.
  [li][b]Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.[/b][/li]: Inform them of the rule and warn them, if they continue, I would gag or mute them.
  [li][b]Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.[/b][/li]: I would ask them to refrain from exploiting and cheating, and (depending on circumstance) kick them if necessary.
  [li][b]Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)[/b].[/li]: I have massive amounts of experience within communities online and in Garry's Mod. I have been an administrator/developer in many communities and ran a pretty popular surf server on GMod. I know a lot about this gamemode and can assist ZARP in so many ways.
  [li][b]Extra Information: (Not Required) [/b][/li]: I know a bit about Lua and other languages so I can help out with BHop issues if ever needed, too.
