What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when a player is either dead or spectating and gives out information to alive players on traps the deaths have used such as portals and platforms. An example of this would be on the Crash Bandicoot map at the the green and red platforms where the dead player could tell the alive player what platforms must be jumped on to get across.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would give the player who was being disrespectful a verbal warning and if they continued with this behaviour would gag them or mute them. This would also be followed by a second warning. If things with players get to out of hand I can always report what has happened back to an admin who can then decide what to do with the situation.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words))) I should be chosen as I have had experience of being a mod and admin in the past on a seperate ttt server and a seperate deathrun server before this. I am friendly to all players new or old, inexperienced or experienced and treat everyone as an equal. I am on garrys mod every day so would always be active and easy to get a hold of when am needed. From what I have experienced this server is great fun and I would love to be able to become a part of the Moderator team.

Activity is pretty good for this week, just get 15 hours by Friday and since you've been playing for a week now you'll have over a week of activity by the meeting. I haven't seen you in game myself so hopefully a staff member that goes on a lot will be able to describe your attitude for us.

Your gametime barely reaches 10 hours. You need 15 hours minimum, so just continue on playing.
When dealing with a disrespectful player you should verbally warn them first and then use the aWarn system if the player continues (and use the gag/mute commands, obviously).
I've seen you in-game today and you didn't cause any trouble for us. So that's a plus about you.
I really hope that you can improve, as you seem like a nice player.
Improve gametime and try to interact with some players in-game.
For now, it has to be due to gametime, but if you make those 15+ hours and you start helping out other players then I'll be .

Newdude TK if you give me an example of the 'trouble' ive caused then ill agree but thus far I do not agree with your opinion. All the other feedback is accepted and I will adjust my application accordingly.

I haven't played in Garry's mod since one week so I haven't seen you in the game and I can't give an opinion. However the rest of the staff seems to agree tries to mount your gametime has 15 hours . If a player is disrespectful you must give a verbal warning and if he continues you gag or mute and warn. I hope I have helped and good luck for the meeting.
