Ghosting is when a player is either dead or spectating and gives out information to alive players on how to successfully complete the course. An example of this would be on the Crash Bandicoot map at the the green and red platforms where the dead player could tell the alive player what platforms must be jumped on to get across.
Ghosting is more like, relaying information when dead that could change the course of a round for an alive player.

I would give the player who was being disrespectful a firm warning and if they continued with this behaviour would gag them for a set period of time and if it then continued they would then be either kicked or banned with permission from a higher ranking admin.
I'd recommend a verbal warning first, and if they carry on a gag/mute and a warning. We don't gag for a period of time, we gag them till the map changes. Moderators can't ban by the way.
Activity is pretty good for this week, just get 15 hours by Friday and since you've been playing for a week now you'll have over a week of activity by the meeting. I haven't seen you in game myself so hopefully a staff member that goes on a lot will be able to describe your attitude for us.
