FiZZAY, You're a nice guy but I'll have to agree with the other's I'm afraid buddy. Personally, You've tried your best to change your attitude and I've noticed it while I've been doing f1's and can hear you in the back round. You seem like a friendly guy towards me but I'm afraid I say 2 weeks maximum to work on your attitude and then apply again buddy. Yes you've tried your hardest to change over the last few days but We need to see that you'll not go back to the way you were buddy, Hopefully you can take what I said in to consideration and goodluck in your application!

Well it seems like everybody has this opinion that my behaviour needs to improve, so I'll take that on board, I'm just puzzled as to how so many people can say the same thing, and I can't remember doing anything like that in the past week.

The only situation I can remember recently is when I was complaining about Shark warning me, but that was resolved and I admitted I was in the wrong.

So don't worry, I'm quite clearly not a favourite to get accepted this week, but keep the feedback coming so I can improve on my weaknesses before the meeting on the 20th when I will hopefully be accepted

Fizzay, you are really displaying a great amount of humbleness in this application and taking in the criticism in a very professional manner. Because of this, I will support it.

Aside from attitude, he hasn't violated any other server rule. He's ready, take my word for it.

First off, you're a great guy. You're a cool dude, you like to play Garry's mod, but I just need to point the following negatives out. After I've stated my negatives , I'll tell you my positives about you.
Temper
Your temper is awfully low. You'll have to improve on that, cause we at ZARPGaming need moderators who are chill and don't get angry that quickly. Whenever you rage by the way, you rage like you're out of control and no one can speak to you at that exact moment. I've witnessed it myself, when Max made an accident and thought you were hacking. Max is a new Super Admin, so he made a mistake. So what? I mean, let's say a user annoys you, would you just rage on him aswell? It gives ZARP a very bad reputation if you do so man.

The amount of reports you make
Look, I spoke to a few people and I've heard that you're an ex-admin apparently. I don't know when you resigned / got demoted, but the rules have changed. I haven't seen you make as many F1's as other applicants do, so if you could show me and all the other administrators around here that you clearly do know the rules, then it would be appreciated for me and yourself!

F1'S
I've honestly seen you in game, and in my opinion I have a feeling that I also had with Hermione, and that is F1 counts. I personally think that you would give RP'ing a higher priority than doing f1's. That's definitely not mod material and we both know that. So therefore I also once again suggest you to make more reports, so I can actually see if you're mod material.

Application
Fizzay, I've actually taken my time to read out an application for the first time in ZARPGaming . I honestly think that you're one of the few people that actually took his time to write a good moderator application. I've looked over it and everything you've said in your application is true. From your details till RP related. This is definitely a reason to support you.

Your activity is phenomenally good. I mean, honestly, you're one of the few applicants I've seen so far with that kind of activity. Well, let's take a look at it. Here's a chart from your activity over the past seven days

After looking at your positives and negatives , I decided to give you my own verdict. It's not because you got three negatives and two positives an instant . I'm looking at the value of the positives and negatives . After thinking and thinking, I eventually came with the following verdict:


I think you're not ready yet, as you haven't really shown you've changed your attitude. It's annoying, because you're overall a pretty decent applicant. But hey, you've tried and you can now see what you must change to get accepted for the next time you apply. My personal opinion would be the following:

If you can change the three "issues" that I've listed above, you definitely got my support.

Remember how soxey got demoted for calling people cunts then said in austirila it does not mean the same as over there or what not just think about that.
