Fizzay fizzay fizzay.. Where can I start?
First off, you're a great guy. You're a cool dude, you like to play Garry's mod, but I just need to point the following negatives out. After I've stated my negatives , I'll tell you my positives about you.

Temper
Your temper is awfully low. You'll have to improve on that, cause we at ZARPGaming need moderators who are chill and don't get angry that quickly. Whenever you rage by the way, you rage like you're out of control and no one can speak to you at that exact moment. I've witnessed it myself, when Max made an accident and thought you were hacking. Max is a new Super Admin, so he made a mistake. So what? I mean, let's say a user annoys you, would you just rage on him aswell? It gives ZARP a very bad reputation if you do so man.

The amount of reports you make
Look, I spoke to a few people and I've heard that you're an ex-admin apparently. I don't know when you resigned / got demoted, but the rules have changed. I haven't seen you make as many F1's as other applicants do, so if you could show me and all the other administrators around here that you clearly do know the rules, then it would be appreciated for me and yourself!

F1'S
I've honestly seen you in game, and in my opinion I have a feeling that I also had with Hermione, and that is F1 counts. I personally think that you would give RP'ing a higher priority than doing f1's. That's definitely not mod material and we both know that. So therefore I also once again suggest you to make more reports, so I can actually see if you're mod material.

Application
Fizzay, I've actually taken my time to read out an application for the first time in ZARPGaming . I honestly think that you're one of the few people that actually took his time to write a good moderator application. I've looked over it and everything you've said in your application is true. From your details till RP related. This is definitely a reason to support you.

Your activity
Your activity is phenomenally good. I mean, honestly, you're one of the few applicants I've seen so far with that kind of activity. Well, let's take a look at it. Here's a chart from your activity over the past seven days

After looking at your positives and negatives , I decided to give you my own verdict. It's not because you got three negatives and two positives an instant :minussp:

I think you're not ready yet, as you haven't really shown you've changed your attitude. It's annoying, because you're overall a pretty decent applicant. But hey, you've tried and you can now see what you must change to get accepted for the next time you apply. My personal opinion would be the following:

-Change your behavior
-Make more F1's
-Try to fix your temper.

If you can change the three "issues" that I've listed above, you definitely got my support.
