When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? When someone is hacking or massively breaking the rules Like the things below:

Massively Disrespecting - Temp ban ( 1440 Minutes(1 Day) )

Hacking - Perm ban

If the player is getting a punishment like a gag for disrespecting or micspamming before i can give him the gag and warn he leaves that will be PA(Punishment avoiding) - Temp ban (1440 Minutes(1 Day) )

If the player is massively ghosting and disrespecting it will be a Temp ban ( 10080 Minutes(1 Week ) )

.Example:
*DEAD*Guy1: Shut up you motherf#@ker
*DEAD*Newdude TK: Hey don't disrespect him man
*DEAD*Guy1: Stfu u f#@ker
Newdude TK Mutes Guy1 guy1 uses mic and says
"F#@k this server and everyone in this stupid f#@king server"
Newdude TK Gags Guy1
Guy1 Disconnects
Guy1 rejoins
Guy1: F#@k the owner and all of the members of this stupid f#%king community
The N3WDUD4zzz bans Guy1 for 1440 minutes reason: Mass Disrespect and Punishment avoid.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I've dealt with a situation like this -

Dude66: You f#@king a$%hole dont kill me

[ Moderator ]|Z|Newdude TK: Don't disrespect please.

Dude66: stfu mod i can do whatever i want.

[ Moderator ]|Z|Newdude TK:No you can't you have to follow the rules.

Dude66: Idc about rules stfu you ass

|Z|Newdude TK Warns and gags Dude66 For disrespect.

|Z|Newdude TK Gags Dude66.( This was a real situation i had going on i tried to call a admin but all of them were offline )

After that -

Dude66 Left while being gagged(Punishment avoid)

I Never saw him in the server again and i can't say the real name though.

So yeah that was a real situation i had in the server if i was admin i would've banned him for punishment avoid and disrespect to players and staff.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) i think i should be promoted so i can stop massive rule breakers and staff impersonators too. I have seen alot of massive rulebreaking lately but i don't have the power to stop it, if i get the promotion i can stop the massive rulebreaking example : Hacking/Ddossing,Massive trapspam and massive disrespect.I Love this server and the people in it and i was promoted admin here before i know what it takes to become a admin and what you have to do in your moderator time to become admin.I Belive that everyone should stop rulebreaking and follow the rules follow the steps listen and hear, we need to spread the word help people from disrespect and harrasing we staff can do it we can make it better, we can help make the server positive for everyone for you for me and for the players, i believe that we can do it help the server and stop the bad experience users are having from disrespectful people and other rulebreakers. Note: I now improved from 2 weeks ago because i broke 2 rules i am now improved and i am happy that i rearened your trust. thanks for reading my app, thanks for taking your time to read it i wish all the luck to you guys.

Your activity is not very high, try to play more. (Its only Tuesday so you can improve that) You are handling a lot of situations your app is detailed but you miss somethings like what about banning people for avoiding punishment? You have to work on the situations to ban section a lot. You also mentioned above the case scenario of how long you would ban a player that would be disrespecting a lot, no need to point it out again on the mass ghosting part.
On your example, the guy did not only mass disrespect, he Avoided Punishment which is also a banable reason and you should point it out.
You didn't explain any ban situation that you've had. You just mentioned that you have dealt with X,Y and Z scenarios.

Other than this...
You're a good guy and your attitude is very nice. Your activity is also nicely handled.

As I can't give a good verdict, I'm gonna stay :neutralsp:

Now that you're applying for admin, you could've at least tried to improve your activity. You've been on the forums a lot recently, but you still need to play on deathrun.
