You have to work on the situations to ban section a lot. You also mentioned above the case scenario of how long you would ban a player that would be disrespecting a lot, no need to point it out again on the mass ghosting part.
On your example, the guy did not only mass disrespect, he Avoided Punishment which is also a banable reason and you should point it out.
You didn't explain any ban situation that you've had. You just mentioned that you have dealt with X,Y and Z scenarios.
