How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I would move them both in the spacer and ask them what happened and if the victim got proof of what happened.
If the victim got proof I would give them a punishment of how bad the bully behaved and if it wasn't that bad I would verbal warn them and say to the bully if it happens again he will espect a heavier punishment
If it wasn't that bad I would: Verbal warn them
If it was bad I would: Ban the bully for 2 hours
If it was horrible I would: Ban the bully for a day or more.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Ban: This command is used to punish someone for a long amount of time/ Kick someone for a long amount of time.
Example: Someone just got banned from micspamming , he has made an alt account, Ban

Kick: This command is used to kick someone off the TeamSpeak Channel when the user doesn't behave
Example: Someone was disrespectfull, Kick

Set server group: This command gives u able to set someone's server group to (in example): SSRP Moderator
Or to remove someone's rank because he/she resigned or got demoted.
Example: Someone has recently been promoted and he needs his rank assigned on his/her phone, Set rank

Delete description or avatar: This command gives u able to remove someone's description/avatar if it Is innapropiate or vulgar
Example: Someone has an innapropiate profile picture, Change his profile picutre

Moving a user: Gives u the power to move someone to channel if u want to speak to them In example: If someone bullied him/her. Or if someone wants to play privately or get harassed.

Locking a channel: This command is used to lock a channel for an organized event or something special.
Example: There is an organized event and they don't want to get disturbed with their event, Lock their channel with an password they like



Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen because i am in zarp for a long period of time and i feel i am trustworthy enough to be granted for this position. I think i am trustworthy enough because I'm for over 2 months ssrp staff and trusted with these commands. I am very cheerfull on the teamspeak and i am not disrespecting anyone so far as i know. After my recent deny and comments on my application i think i have quiet improved. I want to become teamspeak staff because i want to prevent rulebreakers on teamspeak and i want teamspeak to be a nice place where everyone respects each other and have a great time.
