Hello spoder man I have found a improvement that could be made to your application as well as feed back on you as a applicant.
Comment: You could put a little bit more detail into your explanations and you need to give a way the commands are used appropriately .
Final thoughts: You are a friendly and approachable person but I don't see you helping in the teamspeak you should move around a bit more .Your application can also improve it is a bit thin and lastly at times you can be immature but in the contrary you are serious and professional when it comes to situations .

Ban: This command is used to punish someone for a long amount of time/ Kick someone for a long amount of time.
Kick: This command is used to kick someone off the TeamSpeak Channel
Set server group: This command gives u able to set someone's server group to (in example): SSRP Moderator
Or to remove someone's rank because he/she resigned or got demoted.
Delete description or avatar: This command gives u able to remove someone's description/avatar if it Is innapropiate or vulgar
Moving a user: Gives u the power to move someone to channel if u want to speak to them In example: If someone bullied him/her. Or if someone wants to play privately or get harassed.
Locking a channel: This command is used to lock a channel for an organized event or something special.
