my game trackers are broken i dont know why ( my rank ingame is moderator and it 1000xp + so i got like 10-20 hours of playing)

What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
ghosting is when a player tells in chat or voice chat when he is dead he tell what the code or what button did he pressed or even is it pressed to give a player an advantage to know what he did. for example 3 guys runners left and 1 of the dead players said in voice chat " the code is 148 ".
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
first of all ill tell him to relax and give him a verbal warning and tell him that his words can hurt and that some people can take it offensive and if he gonna keep doing it ill warn and gag or mute him and ill try to explain him not to do it becouse he doesnt know what happening to the other side that he disrespects. and if he keep doing that after the gag and mute( map has changed) ill call an admin to ban him or kick.

You should choose me becouse im a friendly person, i love playin Deathrun it is really fun but theres alot of rule breakers when i am playing and i cant do much becouse theres no stuff online to call and i know how to deal with people who are rule breaking and disrespecting (im ssrp zarps moderator) and i am trusted with powers and if i can help so why not. im really calm and i can control my nerves. and last thing i love this community and ill do my best! Overall - You're a great SSRP mod and I think you'd be right for a moderator position on the deathrun server(s) so I'm going to go for

I think you should improve this, you are giving two examples and not the main reason what ghosting is. Ghosting is when a spectating player give information to you so it would change the outcome.
I don't know what you mean with kick but as a moderator you can kick them.

I don't know why your game trackers not working but just stay active.

So first the MINUS
- Sometimes You get a bit mad and starts to rage and kinda disrespect / But you changed as i saw it, thats an amazing part!
- Not that good Activity this week

Now to the PLUS
- You can be Very Friendly
- I think ur a bit inactive because ur a Darkrp Staff member
- Very good knowledge of the rules
- Very Respectful if he isnt mad!

At Total i Give you my I Know you and your a very Great guy! You deserve it, you got my Vote in the meeting! btw. Improve ur activity in the next days!

I've played with you on the server a couple of times, so I can confirm that you've been on the server. Although that was only 1-2 hours, so I can't really know how active you've been. Your application is decent enough, you have a good understanding of the rules. I'm gonna stay neutral until someone can confirm that you've been playing consistently this week.

Ghosting is not only when players tell codes or buttons that have been pressed. Ghosting relates to anything that could give a death an advantage in game. Such as telling them someone's ahead and the death proceeds to kill them. Your examples are correct just not the only ways someone can ghost.


You don't mention the warn command. Whenever someone disrespects and gets gagged/muted for it they will also receive a warn. You shouldn't always give people a chance as well it depends on how severe the rule they have broken is.

From my SSRP experiences I know that you are a fair mod, you don't always punish people even if they have broken a rule, you give them a second chance sometimes what is a good trait. I'm happy with how you handle situations and keep calm.

I've also seen you on the server a few times this week and you've tried your hardest to help the current staff team with stopping rule breakers and helping people when they need it. I think you'd be a great addition to our staff team.
Just make sure your activity is good and you don't get any recent warnings by Friday and you'll have a great chance
