What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
ghosting is when a player tells in chat or voice chat when he is dead he tell what the code or what button did he pressed or even is it pressed to give a player an advantage to know what he did. for example 3 guys runners left and 1 of the dead players said in voice chat " the code is 148 ".
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
first of all ill tell him to relax and give him a verbal warning and tell him that his words can hurt and that some people can take it offensive and if he gonna keep doing it ill warn and gag or mute him and ill try to explain him not to do it becouse he doesnt know what happening to the other side that he disrespects. and if he keep doing that after the gag and mute( map has changed) ill call an admin to ban him or kick.

You should choose me becouse im a friendly person, i love playin Deathrun it is really fun but theres alot of rule breakers when i am playing and i cant do much becouse theres no stuff online to call and i know how to deal with people who are rule breaking and disrespecting (im ssrp zarps moderator) and i am trusted with powers and if i can help so why not. im really calm and i can control my nerves. and last thing i love this community and ill do my best!
