Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random deathmatch, also known as RDM is when a player kills another player without any RP reason.

I am a citizen just walking at the fountain, not being wanted or having anything illegal on me and a other player just walks by and kills me.<You can't just walk up to someone to kill them without a reason!

Another example is just me being a hobo and asking for money, next a citizens shoots me down with his desert eagle because he felt like it! <RDM You can't kill for fun!

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule, also known as NLR means that you can't remember anything of your past life if you've died, nor take revenge on your killer nor return to the same district you've died in.

If I get killed during a raid at fountain and I return immediately to kill them again it's NLR.<Can't return to the district you died in!
If I get mugged at let's say appartments alley(server 1) and I return immediately to take revenge on him!<NLR, because you take revenge on someone which you remembered from your previous life(which you can't)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
It's when you talk OOC to purposely ruin the game for people, using in character information.

"// Hey that guy across PD has printers, raid him!" <Meta, using character information in OOC

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I'd tp to player x and ask him what happened, then I'd tp him to a roof and tp to player y and asks his side of the story and tp him(if he's not raiding or anything) and then see if he complies, if not I ask player x for proof and if he provides it player y will be warned for RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'll tp to player x and ask his side of the story, next I'll tp to player y and ask his side of the story, then I'll ask him if I can tp him to a place where we can hold the sit and see if the story of both players match up, if so player y will be warned fr NLR, else I have to ask player x for more proof(video or screenshots) and punish based on that

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

Do you know that one guy that always has video proof of what happened? That's me yes!
I think that I can be a great staff member again, I've learned so much since my last time and really improved myself.
Also I think I'm ready to become a staff member again, since I really love this community and want to help it further!
Sometimes there are so many rulebreakers and most staff is busy/afk or there is no staff at all online! At those moments I wish I could help out, the least I can do is get proof and report them.
Yes I've abused when I was a admin and NO I most certainly am not going to do it again!
I really would lvoe to help the server out again and I think everyone deserves a second chance.

My last valid warning dates back to the beginning of november!

I most certainly am not inactive, every day for 4+ hour at least online, everyone gets a second chance to be a staff member and change right? You have hacked and also changed, look at it that way, I've been mingy and have changed!

Rude in-game? I don't recall the last time I was rude in-game, if you are talking about when you got raided and told us to "fuck off" or "your agenda is incorrect" "You only own the doors so you don't have a base ehre and can't kill me" and I told you that I can kill you, because it's my property and if you don't agree with me that you should make a F1, then yes, I've been rude to your standards. All I did was explain that I could do it and make a F1 to get a staff member sort it out if you didn't like it.
Neither do I make up my own rules, I usually ask for confirmation from the staff and am pretty sure that I can do the things that I do.
I don't recall the last time I got verbal warned, I have counterevidence most of the time anyway to prove that I didn't break any rule, so yes, I don't get warnings.
