If he continues i would mute him and if he continues after he got unmuted i would warn/kick him from the server (depends how bad he disrespected).

You should most likely warn him if you're going to mute him. We don't usually just mute people and leave it.

Your activity isn't great, as you've only been playing for 3 days. If you maintain somewhat strong activity until Friday, then you'll have around a week of activity. This isn't great, but could be acceptable if you prove to be a strong potential staff member; meaning you should try and help people to the best of your ability, contact staff members when there's rule breakers on, interact with the players and get involved with the Deathrun community. Trust is something we don't have an issue with here of course as you're a Super Administrator on SSRP, showing that you're trusted, but you're still going to have to prove that you will be dedicated.

That's not my point WaLK3r, I said you don't mute people without warning them as well. If you're going to mute someone for disrespect, accompany it with a warning.

If you have reason enough to mute someone then they should deserve a warning also, not when they are un-muted in the next map. If someone continues to be disrespectful we don't kick them, call an admin to come and handle the situation. Using the kick command as a moderator should only be used when someone is AFK.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, an SuperAdmin + and possibly another Admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
