When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? I will use the ban command if someone has break the rules 4 times
(4 active warns). Also if someone is hacking/scripting, Ddos or massive disrespect/racism.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? I have help a lot of people and thats what I like to do. One time someone diden't know that i had power and disrespct and racism me because he thought I can't mute/gag him, if I had admin he diden't disrescpt me.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I think I am ready to be promoted I had a lot of fun with moderator but admin is what I want so I can help people more. With admin I can spectate people so I can then bust people for trap steal/trap spam better. I am almost every day around 2/4 hours online (some of the days not). I am trusted with powers and know the rules in and out.

Thanks for applying for admin the support means a lot!
For when it says when is appropriate to use a ban command. Yes giving them 4 chances is good and all but maybe state some examples and ways you would deal with them
Example -

Racism shouldn't be tolerated and I think a ban command is necessary for a situation for this.
For example - We have a player, he is talking over chat and microphone and for this type of propaganda he is saying 'All black people are slaves' I would act appon this by giving them a warning a gag/mute and consult with further admins for a ban, the ban would last around 5 days. Depending on how bad the situation is.

Could you also either bold your questions or use some colors so it makes the application and questions separated.
Over all your game trackers are good but maybe get some time up on server 2 as you are at the minimum requirement (15hrs) for that...

From what I've seen from you in game you do not deal with many situations. This may be because other staff who are on do it before you get the chance but before I give you my support I would like to see first hand what you're like when dealing with situations.

If somebody is warned this many times then they will be automatically banned because they've reached the warn threshold.

You are an active staff member. To make sure you are dealing with situations when I see you on deathrun I will be looking out to see how you deal with situations and how you act when playing.

Your application looks very plain and brief, you should try add more detail into your app. Especially the "Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator" section. When reading this I didn't really understand what you meant. If somebody was disrespecting you then you can just gag/mute them, for this you don't need admin commands.

Until I see you improve these things, its going to be a minus support. However you have a long time to fix these issues. If you play actively over Christmas you should have no trouble showing the staff team what a great member you are!

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
