I think you're a decent guy, we get on fine but...

You're very immature in the way you talk and deal with problems for example:
I watched you argue with someone in OOC for atleast half an hour earlier about a warning you gave him. You could have taken him aside and discussed the issue but instead you continued to argue in ooc and constantly replied with "Report me on forums". It could have been handled so much better especially when he seemed to have a valid point.

I like you but I don't think you're mature enough to be an admin, sorry.

Sarah what happened was I asked my fellow staff members what to do about it and they said just say to him report me on the forums if you have a problem with how I deal with it. LG You are always on server 2 and you hate because you rdmed x2 and disrespected me after I unfroze you and then you killed me again...

I would say you just need more experience as a mod first

First of all, I won't forget you told me I was "disrespecting" when I was trying to help you and give you advice in that sit, secondly, you can be very immature at times and not handle F1s properly in my opinion.

On your 200-300 word question, you only gave the person the commands, F1 and F6(which you didn't explain how to use). You did NOT tell them how to handle a sit as a moderator, how to conduct themself, as a moderator and you did not tell them everything else they would need.(such as; if you are on duty and an F1 appears, DO IT. And don't AFK on duty.-Basic.stuff)
