You're very immature in the way you talk and deal with problems for example:
I watched you argue with someone in OOC for atleast half an hour earlier about a warning you gave him. You could have taken him aside and discussed the issue but instead you continued to argue in ooc and constantly replied with "Report me on forums". It could have been handled so much better especially when he seemed to have a valid point.

I like you but I don't think you're mature enough to be an admin, sorry.
