On your 200-300 word question, you only gave the person the commands, F1 and F6(which you didn't explain how to use). You did NOT tell them how to handle a sit as a moderator, how to conduct themself, as a moderator and you did not tell them everything else they would need.(such as; if you are on duty and an F1 appears, DO IT.
