What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when player A & B are both runners and player A dies, player A then tells player B which traps are activited and which are not activated he could also tell player B which trap is false and which trap is not false

Example:
Player B : Hey player A, which is false floor Green or Red
Player A : Green is the false floor so jump red

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:/b] (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If a player being disrespectful towards another player or a member of staff i would first of all tell him to stop disrespecting and then check his warn logs to see if he has been warned for it before, if the player does not stop disrespecting i would then gag the player and warn him if he continues to do it in chat i would then chat mute him then kick the player

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you?
I love to play deathrun and i love the community on it i play on all Zarp servers i a an admin on SSRP so can be trusted with the powers i know alot of the deathrun server rules ( reactivation, ghosting ect). I know alot of the staff members on deathrun and the players who come on regulary i can get along with the players chill and have a good time So that is why i believe i should be a Mod on deathrun Thank you for reading

Very good application, it has some good explanations. I do think that you need to add a little more to "Why i should be chosen", at least 75 words. I've spoken to you a couple of times, both in-game and on teamspeak, and you seem to be a really nice guy

One thing that you should improve, is your activity. The minimum hours for staff members is 4 hours a week, and you only have 2 hours of activity this week.

Maybe I'm blind, but I've never seen you in-game. Atleast I don't remember. Other than that, your application looks really Good and you would probably be a Good addition to our staff team. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, an SuperAdmin + and possibly another Admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
