What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is that player x say (if he/she is dead) to player y what the right way is. If someone does that i will give him a warn and I will slay them and if you does it many times I will kick him, if someone breaks the rules over and over again I will try to get a admin online to ban him.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I will give them a warn and slay him. Example if player x say to player y ''you are a asshole''. If someone distrespect over and over again I will try to get a admin online to ban him.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words))) Because I love the server a lot and I know every single rule(s). I want to help all the peoples and I want also help/support the server. Sometimes there are not mods/admins/superadmins/owners online and then there are guys who are breaking the rules and then I can't do anything so that's why I want to be mod so I can give these guys a warning and maybe a kick. I hope you choose me so I can help the server.

We on Deathrun don't deal with situations like this. We'd prefer to give them a verbal warning or a gag/mute and a warn. Don't kick someone for this.

well maybe he isn't used to how staff on zarp deathrun do there jobs and is used to how another community does it. Once he is trained then he will understand how zarp staff on deathrun do there jobs different then other deathrun servers.

Your activity on server 2 is very low How would you deal with a disrespectful player? Instead of slaying a disrespectful player it would be better to gag/mute them, slaying them does not accomplish anything I've not seen you much in game before so I don't know how you act towards other players(friendly or not) and I don't know if you have any warnings. Your gametime is okay i guess, but i think you should play some more throughout the weeks before applying. The application is good, but like Plankton mentioned, instead of slaying a person for being disrespectful, just gag/mute him. I joined the servers yesterday and asked a couple questions to the whole server. You were friendly and helpful at every single question, and didnt just let my questions slip past you. Your gametime isn't the best but its okay in my opinion, and you are active. I believe you are good moderator material. +Support Good luck! Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

Before you get started, an SuperAdmin + and possibly another Admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
