We on Deathrun don't deal with situations like this. We'd prefer to give them a verbal warning or a gag/mute and a warn. Don't kick someone for this.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I will give them a warn and kick him. if someone distrespect over and over again I will try to get a admin. Example if player x say to player y ''you are a asshole''.

Again a gag/mute and warn is in place here.

Your activity also isn't very impressive as of now, try to keep it consistent as well - deadline is Friday 7PM GMT.

I've met you in game a couple of times and haven't seen you interacting with the players much so in order for us to get a solid understanding of your behaviour we'll need you to start chatting with us.

well maybe he isn't used to how staff on zarp deathrun do there jobs and is used to how another community does it. Once he is trained then he will understand how zarp staff on deathrun do there jobs different then other deathrun servers.
