I speak English and I understand the basics of French.

What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a dead player tells an alive player how to survive certain traps using voice chat or text chat.
An example of this would be where there are two portals to go through and one of them kills you. The player that dies could ghost by saying which portal kills you which would ruin the experience for the players and ruin the game for the deaths.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
First I would give them a verbal warning to get them to stop being disrespectful. If they don't stop I would chat mute/gag them and warn them. If they continue after I ungag/unmute them I would tell a higher ranked member of staff so that they could ban them for a day.

Why I should be chosen:
I feel like I should be chosen for moderator because I feel like I would be able to help out the server and I would also like to stop rulebreakers that ruin the fun experience for the players. I also really enjoy playing deathrun and enjoy helping out new or confused players if they need help with something like commands or if they need a staff member I would contact one for them. I am also trusted with ranks as I am an admin on BHOP and I am an ex-SSRP admin. I also feel like I would be a good addition to the staff team as I am active on the server and I really enjoy helping out.

By the time of the meeting you would have had 1 week of activity, since you're a trusted member of the community, you clearly know the rules due to you having no warnings and you have a great application - I see no reason for this "small" amount of activity to be an issue.
