What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when you are dead and you tell another player does he activate a trap..

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I will warn him to stop if he wont stop i will kick him,and if he join and again disrespect me i will ban him for 1 hour

Why I should be chosen: Okay, here we go. I'm 15, and mature for my age. I know everyone tends to say that, but I nearly never get angry with anyone, and instead deal with it how it should be dealt with. I tend to have a very playful and memorable attitude and, in my experience, that attitude creates an environment in which people are more willing to cooperate and strive to enjoy themselves. I tend to come across as extremely motherly and caring, and that's because I honestly do wish the best for everyone and hope to aid them in all areas. I'm quick to warn and correct, but always retain a polite attitude, even when the situation remains unchanged after a warning. The only thing that may hinder me from being a good mod is that I can't stand discussion about politics or religion, and may jump at that. Otherwise, I'm very creative and organized and love to spend extra time keeping everything neat and manageable. I'm a very active player and have been on over 12 hours a day since I joined, disregarding the two days that I had no access to a computer.I would focus on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained.

It's annoying to read when you bold everything, just bold the questions.

Ghosting is when you are dead and you tell another player does he activate a trap..

That's an example and don't give a generic explanation but the overall concept of what it is.

First Moderators do not have the power to ban, Second the admin promotion are for the current moderators. Your application looks a little rushed except the part why you should be chosen You have a recent warning I have no clue what your like in game (attitude, rules) Other than that I'm going to give you a neutral support because I feel like you have potential.. your activity like people have already said is shocking so that really needs to be improved.

jetzy has said you have a Recent Warning

App look sloppy and rushed i suggest taking your time and thinking about your answers you can never give enough detail.

i think you have rushed this, activity is not great and recent warnings plus i have no idea what your like towards players on the server.

Your activity is very weak, so that should improved. And like Jetzy said, you have a recent warning, so wait a week or two before applying. You didn't explain that well. You only seem to put a little bit of text whom is only examples. Bad decisions, kicking him would be unnessecary, warn him (min1-max3) times before kicking him, consider how he is acting and how bad it is. We don't want toxic people. So sometimes consider your ban time (15min-24hrs+) But this would be my way of handeling (:
