You didn't explain that well. You only seem to put a little bit of text whom is only examples. Bad decisions, kicking him would be unnessecary, warn him (min1-max3) times before kicking him, consider how he is acting and how bad it is. We don't want toxic people. So sometimes consider your ban time (15min-24hrs+) But this would be my way of handeling (:
