What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player displays a alternative in chat to an alive player, which may change the fate of that player in life or death.

An example would be:
*Dead* HyperLore: Choose left, I died on the right portal.
JammyDodgers suicided!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would go through stages, for example:
-Stage 1: Verbal Warning.
-Stage 2: Warning using the Warn system + Gag & Mute.
-Stage 3: Report to an administrator if they continue.

Why I should be chosen: I love the ZARP community and I am committed to support it in different ways.

I've owned two servers before, along with being staff on many other servers including some in deathrun giving me a great deal of understanding in situations and commands, I am experienced in being a staff member, furthermore I am a helpful, friendly and a very motivated person and I play my time regularly on ZARP Gaming even during nights.

I usually see a lot of rule breakers when I play and a minimum of staff or non at all on the server, not enough to notice it and not enough time for me/others to provide proof, this includes myself to be on a new time set to stop another amount of rule breakers.

I do not see need for the many colours present here.

It would be easier to access all your gametracker profiles if you could add them in.
-Gametime and Activity are decent.

What is Ghosting? and give an example
The explanation is correct; it doesn't necessary have to be in chat.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
Keep in mind that moderators cannot ban, just change that to something like calling an administrator over.

I don't know if you have any warnings, recent or old.

Everything's allright except the stuff that Walrus pointed out. Go ahead and edit that and add the game trackers that Morgan shared ^^ I have met you in game and I can confirm that you are friendly and that you like to interact with everyone. Your application is good aside from the lack of gametracker links; which are provided by Morgan, and the fact you cannot ban as a Moderator here on our Zarp servers. Your activity is great however, just fix the application by implementing what feedback has been provided by using the edit button on the bottom left of your post. Way too many colors some of the text is hard to read, it's a good idea to keep it simple It needs some more "juice", and by that i mean some more context on your app. I see you a lot on the server, and you seems to be a nice guy. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands.
