What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player displays a alternative in chat to an alive player, which may change the fate of that player in life or death.

An example would be:
*Dead* HyperLore: Choose left, I died on the right portal.
JammyDodgers suicided!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would go through stages, for example:
-Stage 1: Verbal Warning.
-Stage 2: Warning using the Warn system + Gag & Mute.
-Stage 3: Report to an administrator if they continue.

Why I should be chosen: I love the ZARP community and I am committed to support it in different ways.

I've owned two servers before, along with being staff on many other servers including some in deathrun giving me a great deal of understanding in situations and commands, I am experienced in being a staff member, furthermore I am a helpful, friendly and a very motivated person and I play my time regularly on ZARP Gaming even during nights.

I usually see a lot of rule breakers when I play and a minimum of staff or non at all on the server, not enough to notice it and not enough time for me/others to provide proof, this includes myself to be on a new time set to stop another amount of rule breakers.
