player x walks by and player y gets killed for no reason.

Let them off with a warning and if done again we know whos doing it and then take action.

the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Tell them the rules and give them a warning next time bigger action.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:

I would teleport to him tell him what metagaming is and explain why he cant say this in the OOC.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)

irstly I know I have many warning's but these are for little things I have forgotten I am up to date with the rules. I can be on 1pm till 1am -10 hours or longer is needed I play alot and I was accused of hacking which is not true as I have no idea how . I can answer most f1's and sort them out without admin help Half the time. I have grown to have friendships with mods/admins ( FtwskullFtw and Pi Pikachew) and i am grateful for it and I ask you if I could be apart of staff to keep rule breakers at bay and ban hackers. I have no school as i only have to be gone 1 hour a day unless im going out if needed i can be reached by other media's i am starting you tube (www.youtube.com/channel/UCSFjO8HQCUzM1gvPwOT6ZrQ) Which i will be recording the server and if i get mod i will teach some viewers how to handle rule breakers and mod fun with staff raiding all that nice stuff i will not let you guys down please consider this as i am a big fan of the server Thanks Happy Halloween <3

Your application seems rushed, i will show u the problems.
You didnt explain enough of Metagaming and nlr handle situation is bad, why would u just warn same as rdm? U just see the logs if player y broke nlr, there is a timer, if player x killed player y twice or player x kills player y and player y kills player within 3 minutes. In the rdm situation why would u just instantly warn the player for rdm? He may mugged/raid him, even logs can show who killed them, if it was excuse for killing him, he needs proof and with no proof u just tell the guy who did the f1 that i cant do anything about it by nice way. You didn't even explain well in NLR/RDM and metagaming.

Do understand that an application, seemingly, that took over an hour, can still be rushed.

To me, it looks like you just typed it out without a care in the world and didn't look back to read if there were mistakes in it. As you're turning fourteen, you should understand that being diligent is better than being the opposite.

Follow the advice that the people that took their time to review it gave.

Expand the following;

That doesn't mean you cannot "upgrade" your application ever more.

If some are recent, you have a low chance of getting it.

Alot of the sections of your application could use expanding, also, try and get used to BBCode more and remember to correctly close your tags.
