You didnt explain enough of Metagaming and nlr handle situation is bad, why would u just warn same as rdm? U just see the logs if player y broke nlr, there is a timer, if player x killed player y twice or player x kills player y and player y kills player within 3 minutes. In the rdm situation why would u just instantly warn the player for rdm? He may mugged/raid him, even logs can show who killed them, if it was excuse for killing him, he needs proof and with no proof u just tell the guy who did the f1 that i cant do anything about it by nice way. You didn't even explain well in NLR/RDM and metagaming.
