Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario : RDM is when someone kills another guy with no reason. Example: Player y kills player x for reason: I dislike him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when someone dies, and goes back to the spot they died in, but they are not allowed there because they started a new life and forgot everything. Expample: Player y killed player x, player x returns because he was getting raided.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario : Metagaming is when someone in out of character (ooc) says something like "where are you" Example: Player x: "Dude where are you, ill base with you."

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. : Ask him why did you rdm him? then figure out why player rdmed him and that becomes a warn.
if lying, ill tell him I can see the logs, and that will be a warn and also, ask them why they killed eachother.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time: Ask them why they rdmed eachother, then warn/kick then and ask if they nlred and if they did, i will kick them because they did both

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: ask him if he knows what metagaming is, if he does then tell him that it is or if he doesnt tell him what metagaming is then tell him that he did that, and that would include a warn/kick.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I will be a big help to the server and have been past mod on and i got demoted because I I went on holiday and I was afk for a while. I will never abuse, and never did in the past. I will never hack and I am good at sorting sits out. I'm currently mod on a bad server, but if I get this I will quit. I have past experience in the zarp staff, and I know all the rules and agree, as I said, I went on holiday to Australia and lost my rank. I know how to handle most cases, and the usual cases like RDM/CDM/RDA. This is a good server and I was a good mod before. You might think that its not alot of time, but my other gametracker broke and I could only find my old gametracker. I will never let my friends of with situations, I will treat everyone the same. I couldn't find your gametracker at all and the links you gave are old, further more your understanding of the rules and punishments used aren't correct. It also looks as if you didn't read the entire application. Keep in mind logs are not 100% proof and NLR is district related not spot related. I have not seen you on and I doubt you have been active or even on recently.

Your gametracker doesn't show your profile account, it just shows the search filter of your name, fix that please.
