I couldn't find your gametracker at all and the links you gave are old, further more your understanding of the rules and punishments used aren't correct. It also looks as if you didn't read the entire application. Keep in mind logs are not 100% proof and NLR is district related not spot related. I have not seen you on and I doubt you have been active or even on recently.
