My activity is low because I've been on two different holidays throughout the past few weeks, so if you look back in my activity over 30 days, it's very high until the 24th of July, which is when my first holiday started for a week, and then I had a 2-4 day break, and I've just come back from holiday, so I'm getting my activity up.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, also known as RDM, is the situation in which someone kills another player without some kind of valid RP reason/situation, such as a raid. An example of RDM would be if Player X walked up to Player Y and killed him for no reason. However, an example of something that seems like RDM to a new player, but isn't, is if a wanted person kills a cop who is trying to tase them.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule, also known as NLR, is the period of time (3 minutes) in which you cannot interact with the district you last died in. Once NLR comes into effect, you are not allowed to use information from your previous life to give you RP advantages, e.g dying as a S.W.A.T then going to a different district to arrest the person who killed you. However, you are allowed to break NLR at the PD if you are a cop. An example of NLR is if you are raided and killed but still return to your base immediately.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming, also known as meta, is when someone relays in character information through out of character chat/out of character information through in character chat. An example of metagaming would be if Player X said to Player Y in OOC chat that his base is being raided. An example of something that isn't metagaming is if Player X asked for the price of an item in OOC chat.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses Player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that Player Y killed Player X.
I would teleport both Player X and Player Y to a roof and ask both of them for their sides of the story. If Player X had proof and Player Y had no proof against it I would warn Player Y and tell him to read the rules. If Player X had insufficient/no proof/Player Y had proof that proved he was innocent I would tell Player X to get proof next time and say there was nothing I could do, then teleport them both back.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses Player Y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport both players to a roof and ask Player X for his side of the story and ask him for proof. If he didn't provide sufficient proof/Player Y provided proof against his proof, I would tell him to record/take a screenshot next time and teleport them both back. If he provided sufficient proof and Player Y had no argument/proof against it, I would inform him of the rule that he broke, warn him, then teleport them both back.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would tell Player X not to metagame and link him to the rules. If he stopped calling for help, I would continue doing whatever I was doing. If he didn't stop, I would warn him and tell him the metagaming rule myself.
Why I should be chosen:
Look, I know I'm a minge. I know I overreact to things. I know that I used to break rules quite a lot. But I'm trying to improve. The reason for me applying for moderator is to help myself develop as a human being and also be able to help others at the same time. If I did become a moderator, I would put F1s way before RP, clearing out F1s before beginning to RP, and putting any RP on hold if a new F1 is created. I think I would be quite a good choice for a moderator as I can memorize the rules very well, as I read them about once a week to make sure nothing has changed. I know I've been a terrible person in the past, and I'm genuinely sorry about anyone I caused distress/annoyance for. But please, just put the past behind you so we can move on. I might make mistakes as a moderator if I do earn the position, but I'll do whatever I can to fix those mistakes if they are made. I'll admit, this whole "moderator" thing is quite new to me, as I have never been a high rank on anything, but I hope you ignore that and allow me a chance, taking into consideration what I've said.
I have no recent punishments. Here is some proof:
Thanks for reading my application, please suggest what I could improve about the application and about myself. <3
