Explain "Random Deathmatch" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match RDM is when say someone kills someone for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. A police officer is raiding someone and gets killed he then goes back to that location and continues the raid and acts like he never died

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. When someone in ooc (Out-Of-Character) says something like "Where do you live , Some one in your home? ..."

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. Player Y gets jailed for 100-200 seconds depending if he has a history of this

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Player Y again if he has a history he will get a different punishment for first time jail/kick 2-4 a ban of a certain amount 4+ perma ban

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Tell the player that as long as the other player is the correct job let it happen

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be chosen for a role as moderator because I am loving being a member of the Zarp community and have made many friends by being friendly and helping them out. I would love to help out the server as i always witness RDM's or just general rule breakers and cannot do anything about it but make F!'s which is what I've been doing to help out. I like to help out players like i did last night, a new player joined the Zarp sever 1 and came to me asking for help and some money to get him started. I gave him10k and some advice and he went on his way. I'm a very nice and polite guy that would love to help out the server, i have the potential, the strength to with hold rule breakers If someone F1 i will help him all the time he need to answer or help on all he/she needs. The application is rushed and some of the details are incorrect, your gametracker links are broken.
I also find it interesting how in your last application that was 2 weeks ago your gametime was 5 months or more, now it's 1 year or more. The metagaming section is wrong and so is "Player x calls for help in the OOC" section as that is metagaming and is not allowed. The RDM situation is wrong as you cannot jail people as a mod nor punish people based on what they have done before. The NLR situation is also wrong, you do not kick for NLR and breaking NLR 4 times is not a permban, as with the RDM situation you cannot base your punishments on a players history. Based on this application alone and the fact that it lokos as if you might even be lying in your application I feel that you would not make a good staff member.
