The application is rushed and some of the details are incorrect, your gametracker links are broken.
I also find it interesting how in your last application that was 2 weeks ago your gametime was 5 months or more, now it's 1 year or more. The metagaming section is wrong and so is "Player x calls for help in the OOC" section as that is metagaming and is not allowed. The RDM situation is wrong as you cannot jail people as a mod nor punish people based on what they have done before. The NLR situation is also wrong, you do not kick for NLR and breaking NLR 4 times is not a permban, as with the RDM situation you cannot base your punishments on a players history. Based on this application alone and the fact that it lokos as if you might even be lying in your application I feel that you would not make a good staff member.
