What is Ghosting? and give an example: Telling code to door. example: In Helix and someone doesnt know password so someone tells it (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I say to him that dont be disrespetcful and if he doesnt listen i give a a warn and mute him or gag (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

Why I should be chosen: I want to keep this cool server at cool and i want to help keep the disrespectful guys out of the server. I play alot of so its good to be a mod always in the server. i know how it feels when somebody annoyings so i dont want other guys to feel it. i want to keep this server clean. i respect everyone and im not racist... (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template.
