How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I say to him that dont be disrespetcful and if he doesnt listen i give a a warn and mute him or gag (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

Why I should be chosen: I want to keep this cool server at cool and i want to help keep the disrespectful guys out of the server. I play alot of so its good to be a mod always in the server. i know how it feels when somebody annoyings so i dont want other guys to feel it. i want to keep this server clean. i respect everyone and im not racist...
