4-5 hours every day for the past 3 days and I plan to continue like this.

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
Firstly I would ask said player whether he/she knew what bhop actually was and get a grasp on the players current skill level if any at all. I would then go on to link them to a very well made Bhop tutorial video on YouTube after which I would then go through getting better with them until they are comfortable with the gamemode.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
If a player is text/mic spamming I would begin by first issuing a verbal warning asking them to stop. If that warning is ignored I would then proceed to voice gag or mute them for 30 minutes. If the player would then leave and re-join to avoid their punishment I would issue a warn and re-gag/mute them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
Dealing with exploiters can be a bit of a hassle at times because it can be hard to catch them at it unless you know what to actually look for. I would begin by spectating the suspected hacker and recording what they are doing. I would then confront him/her about the offence. If I am convinced that this player is hacking/exploiting I would deal out a ban and upload any evidence if necessary.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I believe I should be chosen to be a member of the Zarp Bhop staff team because I have over 3 years of Gmod Moderation/Administration experience. I was previously the Head-Admin of 3 semi-large Bhop communities and know pretty much all there is when it comes to Bhop in general. I am also quite friendly but can be harsh and enforce the rules when need be. Plus, I didn't plan on applying at all until I saw that Zarp was in need of staff. I see great potential in this server and I want to help better the experience for bot new and old player.

Oh well I apologies for being a little bit confused over what had happened. Thank you for pointing that out to me. I do not frequent forums much and am not particularly up-to-date on the etiquette. We are nothing if we can't admit when we are wrong. I'll take this and learn from it.
