Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.:Say i went online and a guy was mass RDMing And Propclimbing etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?: I will say Hello i am the admin who banned you for cheating as this is your first ban i will shorten it to 3 days Do not cheat again

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).:I have been TTT staff for about 3 weeks now.I get frustrated when i am on as a lone mod no admins to back me up and there is mass RDM and mass Cheating.I have to kick warn and slay in situations where bans are needed.
I am on often and will help people who are new and do not know the rules an example the other night a player was on thought he could kill anyone like a game of CS:GO.I explained the rules of TTT to him and he eventually had at least a slight understanding of the rules of TTT. Before I went in holiday I came on TTT multiple times where you were the only staff member on but yet there were still 3 waiting reports that had not have been touched. I had to tell you to do some. When I set the oldest worm to in-progress by me you continued to do the report that I was handling with no alert to me even though I was handling that. When I asked why you did that you said because the user was your friend and therefore you did it even though it clearly said I was handling it. -Support

I honestly don't think you're ready for admin as I was told that story by Wallcop and your application is rushed.

Wallcop before you started dealing with that i told you i will deal with anything relating to him because i know what he is like i know how he trolls i know what he does on ttt when he comes on i always say to any other mod or admin online that i will deal with fingernail also i dont go light on him just because hes my friend i have given him lots of warns and slays for example last week when he made several nazi comments and other racist comments.

Look if i am alone on the server as a lone mod as it says in my application i do loads
but i also play i changed my attitude to reports after the wall cop incident before i did them in between rounds now do it as much as i can if one comes i normally try to get it

I had gagged him but all i got was steam messages skype calls from him leading to my computer freezing and me un gagging him after a bit

I don't see how steam messages and skype calls can lead to freezing your computer.

To be fair, if a person is your friend then you shouldn't do his reports at all since you might be biased. Same thing when an IRL friend of mine came on, I let other staff do the reports since I know I would be biased. You just have to admit to that and not do his reports so he will get fair punishment. Also, if he keeps freezing your PC via Skype calls and Steam messages then put yourself Offline on steam and cllose Skype. Nothing to worry about then. I also never see you contacting admins when a person should be banned, which you should definitely do if you really want to make people know like: ''hey, I care''. I don't believe you really send admins SteamID's in the first place. I definitely don't think you're ready yet (partly also because of Wallcop's comment) and therefore it's a -Support from me.
