Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Well. Basically Everything I know about being a mod/admin is fromme being a zarp staff member and I LOVE it! It is one of my best time but for it contributing to me becoming a admin is how to correctly dealing with situations ( such as disrespect and RDM ect.) and knowing how to deal things will help you as a admin so you don't ban wrongly.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
The only situation I think is worth sharing is when I felt totally powerless. It all start when it was my 3rd day of being mod and it was going good I was doing f1's and all was good till I got to a RDM f1 then it all went to CRAP I went to the guy and tp'ed the guy that killed him and started asking some questions like why did you kill him what happen stuff like that. After awhile I felt like he was trolling me so I asked him to stop and then he got disrespectful and I did not like that then for the last time ( I was trying to me nice and respectful) I told him to stop he didn't so then I warned he said this " ohh my a warning how scary. And that just lit me up I felt the rage from the lack of respect I just put him in a corner for five minutes then came back to him and asked him if he would be mature and not act like a little boy then asked if he was ready to go back to the f1 and it worked! So really now I have more of an anger cap and I know how to deal with a lot more things

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because I am a understanding,mature staff member and I have spent a lot of time to zarp ( but why wouldn't I it is FUN!) I know my time on server 2 is not that good but server 1 is the main server so I will mostly be on that. Also some admins are going away sadly and those spots must be filled as new moderators come in. Another reason I would be promoted is because I like to do f1's and love to help other people and that is the personality moderators/administrators need!

NOTE: yes I know I have been a little inactive for the past 3 or 4 days and this was caused by me being out of town for my brothers Air Force graduation so I know it may bring down the way people look at me but I will start back up in 1 or 2 days

While reading this a constant theme was present, POWER. You keep saying how you fell powerless and other things conveying the same simple concept. Personally if you feel powerless as a mod, you should reconsider. Sure mods get huge amounts of disrespect, but you have the power to deal with these situations as a mod. Just because you don't have the admin tag, physgun player, or ban them, you can still enforce the rules to the same degree. I dealt with similar situations as mod, but even while being yelled at for warning someone and dealing with propspammers I still felt my power was adequate.

Tl;Dr
You don't need admin if you can't handle mod.

To be honest that was the only time that happened. Once I got experienced I gained a lot more confidence in myself..
( I was just nervous seance it was my third day there)

Your section of the app that shouldve been a setback for you as a mod that would help you as an admin is kind of showing me that you want admin for respect, and that you had no actual obstacles as mod if thats the scenario that you picked out, out of all the situations that went down. Plus you were inactive for a bit and just got back, in my opinion, i would wait next week to apply if i was in your shoes. Just sayin
