Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Well. Basically Everything I know about being a mod/admin is fromme being a zarp staff member and I LOVE it! It is one of my best time but for it contributing to me becoming a admin is how to correctly dealing with situations ( such as disrespect and RDM ect.) and knowing how to deal things will help you as a admin so you don't ban wrongly.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
The only situation I think is worth sharing is when I felt totally powerless. It all start when it was my 3rd day of being mod and it was going good I was doing f1's and all was good till I got to a RDM f1 then it all went to CRAP I went to the guy and tp'ed the guy that killed him and started asking some questions like why did you kill him what happen stuff like that. After awhile I felt like he was trolling me so I asked him to stop and then he got disrespectful and I did not like that then for the last time ( I was trying to me nice and respectful) I told him to stop he didn't so then I warned he said this " ohh my a warning how scary. And that just lit me up I felt the rage from the lack of respect I just put him in a corner for five minutes then came back to him and asked him if he would be mature and not act like a little boy then asked if he was ready to go back to the f1 and it worked! So really now I have more of an anger cap and I know how to deal with a lot more things

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I see that I have recently banned you permanently for propspam and I see that you put all your effort into this..
It will be shortened to 1 week and while you wait you can read the rules on the SSRP tap on the forums and I also do not expect to see you do that again..

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because I am a understanding,mature staff member and I have spent a lot of time to zarp ( but why wouldn't I it is FUN!) I know my time on server 2 is not that good but server 1 is the main server so I will mostly be on that. Also some admins are going away sadly and those spots must be filled as new moderators come in. Another reason I would be promoted is because I like to do f1's and love to help other people and that is the personality moderators/administrators need!

NOTE: yes I know I have been a little inactive for the past 3 or 4 days and this was caused by me being out of town for my brothers Air Force graduation so I know it may bring down the way people look at me but I will start back up in 1 or 2 days

So really now I have more of an anger cap and I know how to deal with a lot more things [color=#FFA500]If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?[/color] [spoiler] Hello [player name] Welcome to the zarp community to fully get the grasp of being a mod you will need the commands First is /bring [steam id] Bring brings the player that you wish to bring like a player that RDM you or something that needs you to bring a player MAKE sure that you pick a unique part of the name ( it would be best to use the tap menu) /goto [steam id] Goto is simple it just takes you to the desired person you wish to do to go to /warn [steam id] [reson] Warn this you will use [u]ALOT[/u] you warn just by putting /warn steam Id reson make sure not to false warn.. /tp Tp can be used in two ways you as a modarater can't noclip therefore you need to to go to roof tops so just type /tp in chat and you will go where you are looking at the second way is /tp [players name] pick a unique part of the name or you can tp the whole server, use this to tp a player where you are looking /freeze [player name] [how long] Freeze is self explanatory it freezes the player BUT make sure you don't abuse this only freeze them for two minutes in a admin sit ( preferably use the tap menu for this) /kick [steam id] [reson] You should NEVER have to use this but in some cases you might but like some of the others it is self explanatory it kicks the player And the last command is /unban [player name] [job] So if someone. Was false demoted he can get the job back that he was.. Now we go onto the f1 system on the f1 system there are three taps 1st is the f1's that are pending and who it is by what happed.. 2nd is the warning tap basicly it shows all the warnings until the page gets full then it starts to remove some. 3rd and final tap is the logs it shows you anything you want to know ( kills,demotes, ect.) It also tells you the time when there killed... Last is the admin keypad cracker You may use this a lot while you are on to make shire people are following the rules.
