No. You can check, I have NEVER been banned from a ZARP server. I'm not a rule breaker!

Now I'm not sure about that, probably over 2000 minutes. I have no idea, sorry if I am wrong.

Languages I speak:

I only speak English. Learning French and Spanish in school, but I only know English. Sorry.

Explain: Random Death Match.

Random Death Match-or RDM-is when someone kills someone else for no particular reason. EG: x decides to kill Y because he thinks that Y is stupid.

Explain: New Life Rule.

New life rule-or NLR-is if/when a player dies, he has to not return to that area for 3 minutes,

Also, if that player dies, he has to forget everything that happened to him(where he died, when he died, who killed him.) EG: A Thief raids a Gun Dealers shop and kills the Gun Dealer. The Gun Dealer then comes back to his shop to stop the Thief.

Explain: Metagaming

Metagaming is when someone says roleplay related text into the OOC chat. EG: A person says "Please come to my shop, we well cheap guns.", in the OOC chat. This counts as Metagaming

Explain how you would handle the following situation: player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the log shows that player y killed player x.

I would bring them to a private area where they can share their parts of the story, as it may not be RDM. If there was enough evidence to prove that y RDM'd x, I'd ask y why he/she killed x. If he/she did not give an actual reason, I would warn y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together.

I would bring them, again, to a private area to discuss why player y broke nlr, and make them share their story. I would also ask an admin to check.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I would warn the player for Metagaming and ask him to read the rules about it.

Why I should be promoted

I am a very nice person who spends a lot of time playing this game. I will not play any other DarkRP server.

I will help anyone who needs it, and I want ZARP to be a rule breaking-free server.

I am not a rule breaker. You can trust me for that. I am also a very patient person, which means if I have to wait a long time before I receive the results, I will wait.

I will spend as much time as I can playing ZARP, I promise. I spend most of my time on this.

So, in conclusion, I would really appreciate it if you would add me as a moderator. If not, that is absolutely fine. Thank you for giving the time to read this application.

Hello jedijack,
Your mod app says under the"how would you handle this situation" for the rdm one, it says "I would punish the player not following the logs" please explain how the logs tell the story just the logs saying player y killed player x or vice versa. This does not tell the story so you wouldn't punish the person who's story does not follow the logs.....I don't understand this so please explain it more and give better examples, and fix your mod app up a little and put more effort into it but for now -Supporttry to fix this and I may change my verdict.

EDIT:It seems you fixed your app so from here im going to go NeutralBecause you have s couple recent warnings, but they shouldn't affect you that much as they were a week or two ago so good luck

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied.
