ATTENTION
Before I begin with my Admin Application, I'd like to notify all readers that I used to be an admin and was demoted due to some mistakes that I have made in the past. I would also like give my most sincere apologies to those I've wronged in the past aswell, for like I've said and aplogised before, I did not mean any harm and acted without thinking. On the other hand, I feel I've been given enough time to become ready enough to get back to my previous rank inorder to help the server like I used to before, although I'm helping a lot without them. I still think I can do more and will do more, if given the power to do so. I hope you could find it in your hearts to forgive me for my wrong doings and accept me as an admin once more. Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as moderator inspired me to apply for Administrator, because as a moderator you cannot help users with all sorts of problems. Instead of having them wait for a Admin to come I can handle the problem way faster for them. My time as moderator was my time in helping players.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): 5 days ago, there were 2 players who were ignoring everything I was telling them to do, the players were constantly breaking rules and getting warned, the players then broke another rule and then they started to argue that they were right, non stop I didn't even have time to talk, to the point. They claimed to say that they will report me. After a while of talking they were warned for confirmed rule breaking. After a while of playing a player found a youtube channel of theirs, they turn out to be youtubers who troll people. I was pretty mad that they wasted my time for trolling. You would only find it hard if you were in my moment of scene.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello, welcome to the zarp staff team. You have contributed alot of time and hard work to reach this huge step of responsibility, this rank is given to you to help the community and let it grow even larger. This rank holds alot of commands, commands that should be only used when needed. These commands cannot be abused, for we trust in you. We hope you'll understand and follow us correctly. If you are well enough as Moderator, you may even get ahead of your step far more. So please, have a great time and use your rank carefully.
How to handle F1's: When handling F1's you always need to be patient and read the victim's stories, after done so you should decide which sounds more legit, after reading you should ask for proof. If none have proof, you may either leave the case or investigate through it more, or you could request a Administrator to spectate either one of the victims.
How to request a ban:
Requesting bans are quite easy but yet you have to be detailed, first you must have at least one administrator to your steam friend list, even better if you have alot. To the point, when requesting a ban you have to tell the Admin the suspects "SteamID/Reason/Time For Ban". (Or if you don't want to add a Administrator, you may request a ban from the forums).
How to teleport to the cursors aiming location:
Simply write /tp in the chat and aim your cursor to your destination.
How to teleport faster:
Teleporting is quite hard, you constantly have to write /tp in your chat to tp. That's wrong, the correct way to do it is to open your console and write
" bind *key* "say /tp" of course do not add the " * ".
Reasons to kick someone: Always when kicking be careful of your reasons, if you're unsure of the kick then use /warn command to warn the player. Kicking a player is when the player is breaking lots of rules and not listening to you, if you asked him to stop.
We're here to help: If you find the F1 too hard, then you can call either a Administrator or a Moderator to help you out, don't worry we're here to help don't be afraid to call out for help.
Warn System: So you're wondering how the warn system works? Simple. First two warns don't engage any action to the player. Here's a little chart. 3 Warns = Kick 4 Warns = 1 Hour Ban
Warning: When warning, you decide to either give a warning out directly or a verbal warning out first. I recommend a verbal warning if the rule broken is not too chaotic. Especially if he has apologized.
Commands:
/Tp [SteamID/None/Name] - Aim at your destination and hit /tp, or write /tp [Steamid/Name/] to teleport a player to your aiming location.
/Bring [SteamID/Name] - This command summons the player to your location, always use during f1's etc.
/Warn [SteamID/Name] [Reason] - This command warns the player of a action he has done. ALWAYS put a reason. This command shall only be used when a player has broke rules.
/Unwarn [SteamID/Name] - This command is used when you have falsely warned a player or accidentally warned him or probably the wrong player.
/Kick [SteamID/Name] - This command is used to kick a player out of the server, only used when a player has broken rules also. Always used SteamID for this command cause kicking a wrong person might result in you being reported.
/Slay [SteamID/Name] - This command is in the punishment section. Only used when you want to punish a player, other than that it's useless to use in other situations.
/Freeze [SteamID/Name] - Here comes my favorite command this comes in handy when a player is rdming and he won't respond to you, and when a player runs away from a F1.
/Unfreeze [SteamID/Name] - This command is the opposite of /freeze this command unfreezes the player so he can walk again freely.
@(Message) - This is the admin chat, this is used to chat with other staff members. It's where you can call for help etc.

Hello, Player X, this is a quite good ban appeal you put alot of effort and that really shows the kindness and dedication from you. Since you are really wanting to come back to Zarp then you're welcome to. Seems like you've learnt from your mistakes and you're sorry. I wouldn't like to see you breaking any sort of rules again! Your ban will be shortened to 5 days, have a great day and take care.-ACCEPTED Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): Why should I be promoted? I think I should be promoted, because I'm dedicated alot of my time for zarp and my hard workings are all dedicated for the community. Zarp is a great community it deserves alot of dedication. In return I'm here to help the community grow larger and have better staff members so players can feel comfy. To the point, I'm a old staff member been here for so long, I've seen alot of situations I couldn't handle with my limited powers but giving a hero a titanium sword can make the hero stronger, isn't that right, that's basically the same thing of why I should be given Administrator. My time as Moderator has gave me more time to practice for higher ranks. This community deserves more so that's why I'm dedicated my time alot more, I'm here applying for Administrator since I want to be more useful in the community more reliable on hard things.
