Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Explanation: Random Death Match or "RDM" is when in any area that is not kos a player starts trying to kill them shooting them or the player kills them

Scenario: Mud Trout walks up to jimmy and shoots him in the face for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

Explanation: The New Life Rule "NLR" is when a player is killed he forest everything in his last life and can not go back to the location of his death for 5 minutes, A player gets mugged and dies but goes back to where he was killed is breaking NLR

Scenario: Bill mugs Mud Trout demanding money but Mud Trout does not give money so he kills mud trout. Mud Trout runs back to where he died and kills Bill.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Explanation: Metagaming is when someone playing a game is using perception involving content not included with the game, and using it to their advantage.

Scenario: Mud Trout and Piggy are talking to each other on Skype but Bill tell MudTrout in game that he has printers and where they are located so Mud Trout goes on Skype tell Piggy where the printers are then they both go raid Piggys printer place and take all the printers.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would go talk to player x and ask him what happened after i get his story i would go to player y talk to him and get his side of the story. I would ask if there were any players that witnessed the RDM and if there was I would ask them what happened. After i get everyones story that player y RDMed I would give him a warning and him for a while until I think he won't RDM again. after that if he RDMed a few times after that i would give a half day ban.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would ask if anyone had seen player y breaking NLR and if they did i would warn him not to do it again or he will be kicked and if i knew this player had broke nlr before that i would kick him and if he joined back and broke NLR again I would temporary ban him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would go inform the player that OOC means out of character and thats fail rp if the player was new i would just explain tha to him and tell him not to do it again and if it was a player that knew what it was I would give him a warning

Why I should be chosen
now zarp was the first dark rp sever i went on and i kept on playing ever since i believe im nice and fair and love to get along with everyone i have befriended many people on both severs including mods, admins and s-admins i think i would suit this job very well as i am on so much and am help full

I have a couple things that you could improve on:

should make your titles in bold for example:
Should improve this as it would not be FailRP it would be meta gaming
I would also improve this you wouldn't need to ask everybody you would just need to ask for what happened and then if both are different you would need proof (unless you saw him break it).
after looking at how you would handle situations I see you will try get witnesses, witnesses do not count as proof as they could be sticking up for the reported player or reporting player so you need like Video/Screenshot proof so go through your application and over view on what your wrote.
