We didn't have a deathrun server in 2013. Lying on an app is not very smart. Also you have a previous ban on the forums for spam posting.

Edit: It was around a month ago so I presume you learned from it so the ban might not be quite as relevant. Maybe just make sure that you fact check your application beforehand.

3 days without a final answer.. Didn't happen back in 2012.

Anyway My best bet would be that if they really need more admins / mods they would have been with you a long time ago, however it doesn't seem like that at all. Therefor I would kinda take this guess that there is a lot of staff already, and having more is just overkill. Don't have too much staff, it'll just take a turn for the worse.
