Anyway My best bet would be that if they really need more admins / mods they would have been with you a long time ago, however it doesn't seem like that at all. Therefor I would kinda take this guess that there is a lot of staff already, and having more is just <strong>overkill.</strong> Don't have too much staff, it'll just take a turn for the worse.
